Cousin to the ever-popular Preppy Pen, the Platinum Prefounte is a smart and polished, affordable entry-level fountain pen that beginners and experts alike will love.
Similar in size and weight of the Preppy, it features Platinum’s patented “Slip and Seal” cap design that prevents the ink from drying out in the pen nib for a year or longer without use. It also features an improved metal clip, smooth and consistent steel nib, and a subdued but colorful translucent body.

These pens are compatible with Platinum Ink Cartridges and can also be fitted with the Platinum Converter.
